At CompanyX we hate being stuck in traffic. Too many cars, pollution and the price of petrol - don't even get us started. We also reckon we could do with being a bit fitter and let's face it, gyms stink.

So since April 2008, we've been cycling in to work whenever possible. Our target is to save a tonne of CO2 emissions in a year.
