CAADA
CAADA (Co-ordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse) are an organisation that trains independent advisors to work with victims of domestic violence. Their work saves lives, literally.
They also facilitate the creation of multi-agency safety plans for the victim involving professionals such as the police, social workers and A&E staff. Any incident is flagged up so that attacks are identified and addressed quicker than was previously thought possible. Their approach has influence at government level and their long term aim is have a fully national network of advisors.
